Masonry & Concrete
CONDITION ASSESSMENTS
using Drone Technology
PJ Materials Consultants Limited is pleased to announce the extension of its condition assessment capability by the introduction of remotely operated ultra-lightweight aerial vehicles (drones) to aid in the inspection and monitoring of masonry and concrete buildings and structures. Each drone is fitted with a remotely operated high performance camera to provide high definition video and images - as well as satellite navigation and "return home" capability.
Utilize the benefits of an experienced investigator and in-house licensed drone pilot to assess the condition of your building and structure using the latest technology to gain access to those “difficult-to-get-to” locations - without the need for an expensive boom truck and operator.
All Flight Operations are carried out in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation requirements and are covered by $2 million liability insurance.
At the time of writing, we have investigated more than 100 buildings or structures.
